Our goal is to provide a service that fits seamlessly for your business and, often, that isn't a monthly fee for services you are never going to take advantage of. Our offerings are adaptable and crafted with both your needs and budget in mind, whether it's a once-in-a-while helping hand or consistent, comprehensive updates.
From the pay-as-you-go convenience of our “A La Carte” service to our unlimited “No Limits” package and the dedicated, personalized attention of our “VIP” level, we've got you covered. And with features like usage caps, service credits, and fixed rates for specific periods, you'll never have to worry about unexpected costs or underutilized hours.
Webmaster Service Options
A La Carte
Our Webmaster Services are available on a per-request basis through our "A La Carte" service offering. Requests will be provided an initial quote, completed on a FIFO basis, and billed at an hourly rate.
* Usage caps are available and can be set prior to request, at which point a notification will be sent when the service time is approaching the cap; additional work will be paused until approval to proceed has been received.
Retainer
2 hours of Webmaster Services each month. Unused hours will be credited to the account at the end of each month, up to 6 credit hours. Usage beyond available monthly and credit hours will be billed at the A La Carte hourly rate.

No Limits
Unlimited Webmaster Services on a per-request basis, completed on a FIFO basis and billed at flat rate.
* Package provides a locked in rate for a 6 month period with a month-to-month agreement; subsequent 6 month periods are subject to rate increase/decrease according to usage during prior period
VIP
Dedicated coverage specifically for your account that's always available when you need it. Our VIP level also includes an optional scheduled outreach rotation from our team to ensure that we are being proactive with your website, regardless of how busy your business gets.
Webmaster Services Details
Webmaster services include, but are not limited to website setup/audit/updates/problem-solving (e.g., Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, Self-Hosted/Self-Managed, etc.), DNS record setup/audit/update/problem-solving (e.g., A, CNAME, TXT, SRV, DMARC, DKIM, etc.), domain registrar setup/updates/problem-solving, email setup/updates/problem-solving, web application audit/update/problem-solving (Web2, Web3, and Ethereum Smart Contract), analytics setup/updates/problem-solving (PIWIK, Google Analytics, etc.), and website plugin setup/updates/problem-solving (e.g., chat tools, social media widgets, etc.). Webmaster Service hours are available Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm PST. Emergency Services are available at a premium for requests outside of standard Webmaster Service hours.
